Per i periodi più freschi, è a disposizione il refettorio con il cenacolo che troneggia su un'elegante sala dai pavimenti di marmo. La nostra cucina semplice e territoriale delizierà con i sapori tipici della tradizione toscana , con un'attenzione particolare all'utilizzo degli ingredienti nel rispetto delle stagionalità . I nostri ospiti potranno scegliere il menu di mezza pensione prenotandolo con la camera oppure decidere di optare per il menu alla carta , una volta arrivati in albergo . Sia all'interno che all'esterno del Chiostro, è garantito il distanziamento , grazie all'ampiezza degli spazi nel rispetto delle direttive emanate. The Hostel Dorms are situated groundfloor and are directly accessible from the inner cloister . In each room there are max 6beds and a private bathroom , that gives to all the hostel fans privacy and relax during thir stay . The common areas are always open to all the guests : the garden with tables and chairs, PC plugs, bike storage, parking place . Nel prato inglese al centro dello stesso chiostro oppure nel romantico chiostrino nel convento dei frati adiacente, è possibile organizzare il rito civile in stile americano oppure trascorrere il dopo cerimonia in allegria con i propri ospiti. La struttura può poi disporre di una sala per convegni e meeting che può accogliere fino a 100 persone , molto accogliente per incontri d'affari, dove è possibile parlare di lavoro in un ambiente informale, dotato però di ogni servizio, coffee break e light lunch .
