It’s a large, bright room with a king size double bed and a single king size bed on one side, and a relax corner on the other side. The room has air conditioning and heating, TV LCD, fridge, tea corner . In the large bathroom there are a shower, hairdryer and bathtowels Comfort rooms Situated in the Friars Convent, multiple comfort rooms have been obtained from the old monks cells and recall the historical atmosphere . They are fine furnished and are facing the external side of the hotel. One of these rooms is composed of two connected rooms, a quadruple and a double (french bed) with one bathroom, then we have two triples and a quadruple. They all have air conditioning and heating, TV, fridge and tea corner, USB plug. In the bathroom there are showr box, hairdryer and bathtowels. Dining under the porch of the cloister admiring the bell tower of the XVth century is a suggestive and romantic experience as living The atmosphere of the ancient refectory , the frescoed hall, with the frescoe of the Last Supper cenacle . Our simple and local cooking will delight our guests with the typical flavours of the Tuscan traditional kitchen , respecting the ingredients and the seasons. We offer to alla our guests the possibility to try our Special Tasting Menu with wines produced in Volterra and the sorrounding area. A large parking is free for the Restaurant’s guests. I NOSTRI ORARI Il nostro staff è disponibile in reception dalle 7:30 alle 21:00 La colazione è servita nella Sala Affreschi e nel chiostro esterno dalle 7:30 alle 10:00. Il nostro ristorante è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 12,30 alle 14,00 dalle 19,30 alle 21,30 Chiuso il sabato a pranzo e la domenica a pranzo. CHECK-IN dalle 16:00 alle 20:30 CHECK-OUT dalle 8:00 alle 10:00. Vi invitiamo ad effettuare il pagamento la sera precedente la partenza, se intendete partire prima dell'apertura. Per chi necessitasse di fattura, è pregato di comunicarlo all'arrivo. FAQ Frequenti Quali sono gli orari di check-in e check-out? Il check-in è garantito dalle ore 14:30, ma si può già arrivare in mattinata, lasciare bagaglio ed auto e cominciare a visitare la città. Il check-out è previsto entro le ore 10:30. Il servizio di deposito bagagli è disponibile sia all’arrivo che alla partenza. Si può partire più tardi? Il late check-out va richiesto alla Reception ed è consentito fino alle ore 13:00 con un supplemento di euro 30. Dopo Le ore 13:00 viene considerata una notte aggiuntiva. La Reception è sempre aperta? La Reception è aperta dalle 07:30 alle 23:00. Dalle 23:00 alle 07:30 è disponibile il portere notturno che risponde al cellulare aziendale il cui numero viene fornito al check-in ad ogni ospite. Fino a quando si può arrivare? Il check-in è possibile fino alle 21:30. Se si necessita di un arrivo tardivo, si è pregati di contattare preventivamente la reception in modo da organizzare l’ingresso notturno. Quanto costa la city tax? La tassa di soggiorno ha un costo di euro 1,50 per persona per notte a partire dai 13 anni. Avete un parcheggio? La struttura dispone di due parcheggi privati e gratuiti per i propri ospiti; non ci troviamo in zona ZTL, quindi è comodo raggiungerci senza permessi. Avete camere comunicanti? Abbiamo due soluzioni con camere comunicanti, una BASIC (camera quadrupla + 1 camera singola, disimpegno e bagno privato) e una COMFORT (camera quadrupla + 1 camera con letto a 1 piazza e mezza). C’è un deposito bagagli? Abbiamo un deposito bagagli in zona reception ad uso gratuito. I cani sono ammessi? Tutti gli animali da compagnia sono ammessi ad un costo forfettario di euro 15 per soggiorno. Ci sono lettini/culle disponibili?
