Per i periodi più freschi, è a disposizione il refettorio con il cenacolo, che troneggia su un'elegante sala dai pavimenti di marmo. Per banchetti nuziali, diciottesimi, ricorrenze particolari o semplicemente per una serata diversa fra amici, abbiamo a disposizione il meraviglioso Orto dei Frati , un’area verde attrezzata con postazione barbecue e cocktail bar . Possono essere allestiti bellissimi buffet, pranzi o cene dedicate . Nel prato inglese al centro dello stesso chiostro oppure nel romantico chiostrino nel convento dei frati adiacente, è possibile organizzare il rito civile in stile americano oppure trascorrere il dopo cerimonia in allegria con i propri ospiti. FAQ Frequenti Quali sono gli orari di check-in e check-out? Il check-in è garantito dalle ore 14:30, ma si può già arrivare in mattinata, lasciare bagaglio ed auto e cominciare a visitare la città. Il check-out è previsto entro le ore 10:30. Il servizio di deposito bagagli è disponibile sia all’arrivo che alla partenza. Si può partire più tardi? Il late check-out va richiesto alla Reception ed è consentito fino alle ore 13:00 con un supplemento di euro 30. Dopo Le ore 13:00 viene considerata una notte aggiuntiva. La Reception è sempre aperta? La Reception è aperta dalle 07:30 alle 23:00. Dalle 23:00 alle 07:30 è disponibile il portere notturno che risponde al cellulare aziendale il cui numero viene fornito al check-in ad ogni ospite. Fino a quando si può arrivare? Il check-in è possibile fino alle 21:30. Se si necessita di un arrivo tardivo, si è pregati di contattare preventivamente la reception in modo da organizzare l’ingresso notturno. Quanto costa la city tax? La tassa di soggiorno ha un costo di euro 1,50 per persona per notte a partire dai 13 anni. Avete un parcheggio? La struttura dispone di due parcheggi privati e gratuiti per i propri ospiti; non ci troviamo in zona ZTL, quindi è comodo raggiungerci senza permessi. Avete camere comunicanti? Il Chiostrino For the silence and quietness lovers, our ‘chiostrino’ inside the Friars monastery is the special place where to read a great book or taste a good Apero Parking place All our guests can park their car in the big private and free parking on the back of the Chiostro or in the small one just in front of the entrance. For bikers and cyclists , there is always the possibility to put their motorbikes or bikes also inside the building. Not included facil ities P et-friendly Small or big animals are welcome at the price of euro 15 for the whole stay . It is only necessary they are used to live in public areas with other people and are well trained. Tasting Menu We offer the possibility to taste our special Menu and great wines produced in Volterra Welcome drink The bar offers welcome drinks at 8€ from 5pm everyday , relaxing in the inner cloisters Wi-fi included Orto dei Frati A new relaxing area is waiting for all the guests in the old renoved Friars garden , where a solarium, hydromassage pool and aromatic paths will offer some hours of quietness and peace. A small contribution to the environment We try to contribute to the energy saver with tapps equipped with aerator , which garantee a comfortable flow of water. We change of bed linen and bath towels every 3 days in order to limit the environmental impact given by the frequent wash: Everyday we will take away only the towels we will find on the floor, but they will not be replaced . A new set will be available at the reception with an extra charge. We have no more PL ASTIC glases and soap set , we offer instead 100% natural T uscan soap.
