Il Chiostro Eventi Se desiderate scegliere una location per il giorno più bello della vostra vita o per un convegno , un’esposizione o un workshop , la nostra Sala Affreschi risulta essere luogo ideale per l’organizzazione di ogni tipo di evento, perché mantiene inalterata la bellezza storica della struttura medievale, pur offrendo tutte le funzionalità utili a rendere qualsiasi momento indimenticabile. Possono essere allestiti bellissimi buffet nell’ antico chiostro del Convento e pranzi o cene dedicate. Nel prato inglese al centro dello stesso chiostro oppure nel romantico chiostrino nel convento dei frati adiacente, è possibile organizzare il rito civile in stile americano oppure trascorrere il dopo cerimonia in allegria con i propri ospiti. La struttura può poi disporre di una sala per convegni e meeting che può accogliere fino a 100 persone, molto accogliente per incontri d'affari , dove è possibile parlare di lavoro in un ambiente informale, dotato però di ogni servizio. È disponibile anche il servizio di bar e ristorante .

It’s a large, bright room with a king size double bed and a single king size bed on one side, and a relax corner on the other side. In the large bathroom there are a shower, hairdryer and bathtowels Comfort rooms Situated in the Friars Convent, multiple comfort rooms have been obtained from the old monks cells and recall the historical atmosphere . They are fine furnished and are facing the external side of the hotel. One of these rooms is composed of two connected rooms, a quadruple and a double (french bed) with one bathroom, then we have two triples and a quadruple. They all have air conditioning and heating, TV, fridge and tea corner, USB plug. In the bathroom there are showr box, hairdryer and bathtowels. I NOSTRI ORARI Il nostro staff è disponibile in reception dalle 7:30 alle 21:00 La colazione è servita nella Sala Affreschi e nel chiostro esterno dalle 7:30 alle 10:00. Il nostro ristorante è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 12,30 alle 14,00 dalle 19,30 alle 21,30 Chiuso il sabato a pranzo e la domenica a pranzo. CHECK-IN dalle 16:00 alle 20:30 CHECK-OUT dalle 8:00 alle 10:00. Vi invitiamo ad effettuare il pagamento la sera precedente la partenza, se intendete partire prima dell'apertura. Per chi necessitasse di fattura, è pregato di comunicarlo all'arrivo. Facilities included Breakfast In the morning a rich sweet and salted buffet breakfast is waiting for you down in the frescoed hall and in the inner cloister, in the summertime. Glut en-free products are also at your disposal (please, let us know in advance if needed). Il Chiostrino For the silence and quietness lovers, our ‘chiostrino’ inside the Friars monastery is the special place where to read a great book or taste a good Apero Parking place All our guests can park their car in the big private and free parking on the back of the Chiostro or in the small one just in front of the entrance. For bikers and cyclists , there is always the possibility to put their motorbikes or bikes also inside the building. Not included facil ities P et-friendly Small or big animals are welcome at the price of euro 15 for the whole stay . It is only necessary they are used to live in public areas with other people and are well trained. Tasting Menu We offer the possibility to taste our special Menu and great wines produced in Volterra Welcome drink The bar offers welcome drinks at 8€ from 5pm everyday , relaxing in the inner cloisters Wi-fi included Orto dei Frati A new relaxing area is waiting for all the guests in the old renoved Friars garden , where a solarium, hydromassage pool and aromatic paths will offer some hours of quietness and peace. A small contribution to the environment We try to contribute to the energy saver with tapps equipped with aerator , which garantee a comfortable flow of water. We change of bed linen and bath towels every 3 days in order to limit the environmental impact given by the frequent wash: Everyday we will take away only the towels we will find on the floor, but they will not be replaced . A new set will be available at the reception with an extra charge. We have no more PL ASTIC glases and soap set , we offer instead 100% natural T uscan soap.
